The SinoHtrust Management Consulting & Training Center was founded by Dr. Thomas A. Pilscheur, principal of the German Sinotrust GmbH, Chinatrack and Beijing Yuansin Business Consulting. After having provided consulting, research and project management services for Overseas and Chinese clients since 1992, an alliance with the MOFTEC Information & Research Center and the MBA Center of People's University Beijing has recently been formed . The center provides expertise and international experience via consulting and training programs to Chinese enterprises as China anticipates WTO membership. ANTICIPATES NEEDS TO BE CHANGED INTO SINCE CHINA GAINED WTO. The Center also assists European and American experts in the transference and management of information for our clients as they establish sound and innovative business strategies in the rapidly changing and fast growing Chinese economy.
