Company profile

The TEP Company was established on August 3, 1949. During 1976 and 1977 TEP took over three companies. In November 1993 TEP was established as a joint-stock company. In January 1995 another reorganization took place, and now the company works as a private joint-stock company. TEP is situated in the western suburb of Zagreb. There are also TEP plants at ?azma, Krapina and Desini? ( all located in the vicinity of Zagreb). The capital value of TEP is about DM 34,376,000.
