Edge-protection profiles

Edge-protection profiles made from PVC and thermoplastic elastomers (other materials on request) with embedded slip-on metal or spe- cial steel strip may be used wherever sharp pl- ate edges need to be cushioned or covered.We are able to produce food-safe profiles,as well as any RAL colour you wish. Application examples Edge protection simplifies, the cushioning of sharp edges, eliminates pre-treatment and post-treatment and safely covers plate edges. In addition, these profiles are decorative. The edge-protection profile carriers are man- ufactured with an embedded slip-on metal strip. This slip-on strips ensures a snug fit, even when there are curves or kinks in the profiles. Edge- protection profiles are put on the edges man- ually with a rubber or plastic hammer. No ad- hesives or special mountings are required.

Edgeprotection sealing profiles

These profiles are a combination of edge-protection profiles with sealed-on microcellular rubber profiles for PVC products and a coextrusion for rubber profiles of soft and microcellular rubber. On the one hand they cover sharp edges, and on the other hand, they serve as seals. The microcellular rubber lips or hollow profiles are highly flexible and well-suited for sealing doors and flaps. They are mounted in the same way as the edge-protection profiles.
