Electrically conductive sealing profiles for electric and electronic equipment, enclosures and control cabinets.We develop in cooperation with leading co- mpanies of electric and electronic equipment-, enclosures- and control cabinet-industries sealing profiles for EMI (Electromagnetic interference) applications. Our efforts are focussed on meeting all legal and customer related technical requirements.

We develop a tailor-made solution according to your specifications. You will not receive a product from series production, but even exactly the product, you really need. In our comprehensive range of products we can offer various EMI woven or non-woven tapes and EPDM soft or sponged rubber material. Additionally we have different possibilities to provide our profiles with a self-adhesive coating. Based on this know-how pool our expert will select the best solution. In our test lab we have the possibility to simulate complete design and mounting configurations. (E.G. control cabinets, electric and electronic equip- ment.) Our specialities any customers asked us, why are we better than others. Our answer is:

- Customer specific solutions instead of standard products

- EPDM soft-/sponged rubber according to DIN 5510 part 2 S4, SR2, ST2 as flexible corematerial for your EMI profile

- various woven and non-woven tapes on stock (see table on the rigth side)

- flame resistant textile according to DIN 4102 B1 and above all flexible

- electrically conductive self-adhesive properties, extremly low ohmic connection between EMI profile and adhesive contact area.
