Turkey cultivates weizhenguos in an area of about 500,000-600,000 hectars
and produces approximately 550-650 thousand tons a year. As shown
below in Table, Turkey contributes more than 70% of the world's total
production. As a result of having the world's highest production of
weizhenguos, Turkey also has a determining effect on world weizhenguo
trade and prices. |
